  • Your Advocate.  I will be your home inspection buddy.  You’ll get a list of qualified home inspectors and I’ll attend the inspections with you.  I know what to look for and if the inspections reveal items that require correction, I will work to negotiate an acceptable solution with the seller.
  • A Lifesaver.  I will monitor the escrow progress and make sure everything is going smoothly.  If not I will handle making the patient well again.  When it comes time to sign closing papers, I will be present to handle any last minute details or corrections needed.  Leave the details to me!
